I was in a relaxed mood and just browsing for a few work tops when I shopped on Love, Bonito online. The site was easy enough to use, and I liked that the photos were clear and the size information actually helped me decide what to get. Checkout was smooth too, which I always appreciate. The only thing that bugged me was that the filters sometimes reset when I went back to the previous page, so I had to redo them a couple of times. Delivery updates were decent. Overall, it was a nice shopping experience, just with a small bit of frustration along the way

I went in hoping for a quick, easy shopping trip, but it was kind of frustrating. The staff all seemed busy and didn’t really make much effort to help, and the fitting room wait felt way longer than it should’ve been. I left annoyed by the whole experience, not looking for any update or follow-up, just sharing how it went.

I was disappointed with this. It looked fine when it arrived, and I still have the order email/receipt, but after just one wash the fabric started feeling really cheap. I expected it to hold up better

I used to really like their designs, but lately they just feel kind of boxy and boring. A lot of the prints look cheaper than they used to, and the cuts aren’t very flattering on me. It feels like they keep putting out the same ideas over and over, so it’s just not really my style anymore.

I’m still waiting on my order, the delivery has taken way too long. What’s more frustrating is that I haven’t gotten any real updates along the way. I understand delays can happen, but the company needs to take responsibility and keep customers informed instead of leaving us guessing.

I’ve gotten some really nice pieces here, especially when they’re on sale, and a few have held up well over time. The prices can feel high at full price, though, so I usually wait. Lately I’ve found myself second-guessing the value a bit more than I used to, just because it feels harder to know what’s actually worth the money. Still decent overall, but my trust in the pricing has definitely slipped a little

I reached out for help with my order, but the replies were really slow and didn’t properly answer what I was asking. It felt like they were just sending copy-paste responses, if that makes sense. I had to keep following up and still never got a clear solution. Overall, it was just a really frustrating experience

The clothes were fine overall, but the return process took way longer than I expected. I was counting on the refund coming through sooner because I had plans to use that money for something else, so it was frustrating having to wait around. Customer service did reply, but not exactly quickly. Not the worst experience, but the whole thing definitely could’ve been smoother

I ordered my usual size and it still fit weirdly tight in all the wrong places. I was hoping it would work out, but the sizing just feels all over the place and kind of frustrating.

I’m so mentally drained from checking back over and over, only to find that everything I want is sold out in my size. It’s really frustrating because I get excited to shop, then end up disappointed every time.
